TCNP

TechnoPro (TCNP)

Drill bits specifically designed for horizontal directional drilling (HDD) applications. TechnoPro bits feature asymmetric cutting structures and built-in steering capabilities that enable precise directional control when installing underground utilities, pipelines, and cables. The bit design accommodates standard HDD mud motor connections and provides excellent hole quality for product pullback.

WD

WaterDrill (WD)

Roller cone and PDC bits optimized for water well drilling applications. WaterDrill bits are designed for the geological conditions and drilling methods common in water well construction, including mud rotary, air rotary, and direct push techniques. The cutting structures handle the mixed formations typically encountered when drilling through alluvial deposits, sedimentary sequences, and into basement aquifer zones.

RCB

ReverseCirculationBit (RCB)

Drill bits designed for reverse circulation (RC) drilling, where cuttings are returned through the center of the drill string for analysis or disposal. RC bits feature a face-discharge design that directs drilling fluid and cuttings upward through a center tube. Used in exploration drilling where representative cuttings samples are required, and in large-diameter hole construction where efficient cuttings removal is critical.

Bit Sections

Modular bit section assemblies for large-diameter drilling in foundation piling, caisson construction, and shaft sinking. Bit sections are individual roller cone assemblies that are bolted onto a carrier plate or mandrel to create a large-diameter composite drilling tool. This modular approach allows field assembly of bits up to 1500 mm in diameter and easy replacement of worn sections without replacing the entire tool.
