Incoterms & Shipping Terms
We offer flexible international commercial terms to suit your procurement requirements.
EXW (Ex Works)
Goods are made available at our Dubai warehouse. The buyer assumes responsibility for all transportation, insurance, and customs from the point of collection. Ideal for buyers with established logistics chains.
FOB (Free on Board)
We deliver goods to the agreed port of shipment and handle export customs clearance. The buyer takes responsibility once goods are loaded onto the vessel. Common for cross-border GCC shipments.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)
We handle transportation and insurance to the destination port. The buyer is responsible for import customs and inland delivery. Recommended for buyers who prefer turnkey pricing.
DAP (Delivered at Place)
Full door-to-door delivery. We handle all logistics, insurance, and transportation to the agreed destination. The buyer is responsible only for import duties and unloading. Our most popular option.
Payment Terms
Wire Transfer (T/T)
Bank-to-bank wire transfer in USD, EUR, or AED. Standard terms: 30% advance payment upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established customers, we offer open account terms of Net 30 or Net 60.
Letter of Credit (L/C)
We accept irrevocable letters of credit from major international and regional banks. L/C at sight or deferred payment options are available depending on order value and client history.
Framework Agreements
For large-volume buyers and long-term partnerships, we offer framework supply agreements with fixed pricing, scheduled deliveries, and customized payment terms tailored to your procurement cycle.
Warranty & Returns
All Volga Burmash products supplied by VBM Middle East carry a full manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty terms are as follows:
- Roller Cone Bits: Warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of delivery or until first run, whichever comes first. Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper use, or operation outside recommended parameters.
- PDC Bits: Warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Matrix and steel body designs are covered. PDC cutter delamination from manufacturing causes is included.
- Mining & Construction Bits: 12-month warranty from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Carbide Products: Warranted against defects in composition, dimensions, and physical properties per the agreed specification sheet.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our technical department with the bit serial number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product. Our engineers will review the claim and provide a determination within 5 business days. Approved claims are resolved through product replacement or credit at our discretion.
